Vegetable Medley – Backyard Hibachi

Vegetable Medley


2 bell peppers sliced 

2 squash cubed 

2 zucchini cubed 

1 onion sliced 

1 tsp minced garlic 

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tsp Sesame seed oil

Optional: Any vegetable that's fresh will work


  • Generously oil grill prior to cooking.
  • Add vegetables to grill and cook until soft.
  • Add soy sauce and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
