Do you ship and what will it cost me?
YES! We offer FREE SHIPPING in the lower 48 states nationwide! Our freight shipping includes a scheduled delivery appointment and lift gate for curbside delivery on all Backyard Hibachi Grills.
If you order accessories with any grill purchase, shipping is free.
We also offer Free ground shipping on accessories if purchased separately from your grill and that total $100 or more.
Any Accessories purchases under $100, shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
How long does it take to receive my Grill order?
All Grill orders are processed within 3-4 business days. (Excluding weekends and holidays) After receiving your order confirmation email, please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order. Once your order has shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking number. If your shipping address has limited access or is not accessible to an 18-wheel delivery truck, please contact us so we can discuss your shipping options. Additional charges may apply in hard to access residential deliveries.
How long does it take to receive my Accessories order?
All Accessories orders are processed within 1-2 business days. (Excluding weekends and holidays) After receiving your order confirmation email, please allow 2-4 business days to receive your order. Once your order has shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.

What is the wait time for a hibachi?
Zero, zip, zilch, nada. WE HAVE BACKYARD HIBACHI GRILLS IN STOCK. We are focused on providing our customers with a high-quality product that can be delivered in a timely manner. We have a team of backyard hibachi experts who work day (and sometimes night) to make sure you never have to wait to get the best hibachi grill out there. We do not like to wait, and you shouldn't have to either. If you have any further questions about our hibachis please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
How hot does the grill get?
The Backyard Hibachi grill gets hot enough that you can sear a steak in no time and low enough to just keep food warm. Temps up to 650 degrees! Most people only cook at 1/2 heat or below. But it has plenty of extra heat when you need it!
Does the wood tabletop get hot?
No! We have a ¼ inch gap between the wood and the grill (so wood does not touch the steel grill at all), and we also put 4” by 18” scorch plates on the wood closest to the grill in case of a flare up. So you can use the wood tabletop as a table for all your cooking accessories and more!
Can I see it before I buy it?
Most certainly. Come on by during office hours and we will give you a tour of our shop!
What are the dimensions and what does it weigh?
The Backyard Hibachi grill is roughly 56" long x 38" wide and x 37" tall. The actual cook surface all grill models is 33.5" x 22". Depending on the model they weigh between 150 and 200 pounds.
Are Backyard Hibachi Grills Custom Made?
YES! Each Hibachi Grill is handmade by artisan grill makers and truly a piece of art.
Each Hibachi is made just for you. No two are the same and you can enjoy looking at the beautiful unique wood burned top and custom wood skirts.
Why is the surface not perfectly flat?
The grill surface is not a flat griddle. It will slightly concave over time. There is nothing to be worried about, the grill will work the same and it allows for the grease and oil to flow to the center for cooking.
