Backyard Hibachi owners love their grills, and we want you to love yours, too. If you’re not completely satisfied with your grilling experience, you have 15 days after receipt to return your grill for a full refund or replacement grill subject to the following guidelines and restrictions.
Return in Good Condition in Original Packaging
Grills must be returned in good and clean condition, packaged securely in the original packaging, with all paperwork and parts to ensure full credit. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges.
Non Defective Returns
Any returns found to be non-defective or intentionally returned as non-defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all non-product related fees (shipping and insurance) are not refundable. Refusal of delivery will be considered a non-defective return and be subject to the same conditions as returns in good condition in original packaging. Custom orders are not eligible for return.
Damage or Modification by Customer
Grills that have been modified or damaged by the Customer may not be returned.
All returned items must be shipped freight prepaid by the purchaser.
Upon delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the delivery for damage. Inspect packaging and items before signing for delivery. If freight is damaged, note damages on the freight BOL paperwork and refuse delivery and contact Backyard Hibachi as soon as possible. Accepting delivery indicates that you agree that the shipment arrived in expected condition. Freight carriers require that hidden shipping damage be reported within 15 days of delivery. It is the Customer’s responsibility to inspect for damage on delivery of product.
