Yum Yum Sauce

Our take on classic yum yum sauce! A perfect accent to all your favorite Japanese hibachi and teppanyaki recipes, plus use it as a dip for shrimp and other seafood, veggie trays and more!
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise 
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2  teaspoon seasoned salt (Lawry's, Tony Chachere's, Slap ya Mama, etc)
  • Hot sauce (optional)


  1. Mix all ingredients together. Stir in 3 tablespoon water to thin out the sauce.  Taste and add more seasoned salt and/or your fav hot sauce if you like it spicy!
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
