Our take on classic yum yum sauce! A perfect accent to all your favorite Japanese hibachi and teppanyaki recipes, plus use it as a dip for shrimp and other seafood, veggie trays and more!

3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt (Lawry's, Tony Chachere's, Slap ya Mama, etc)
- Hot sauce (optional)

Mix all ingredients together. Stir in 3 tablespoon water to thin out the sauce. Taste and add more seasoned salt and/or your fav hot sauce if you like it spicy!
